1. Take charge of formulating and implementing the scheme for industrial managing system reform. 2. Make a macro-supervision on the reform of the multi-economic-component industrial enterprises, organize and boost the construction of the modern enterprise system, normalize the enterprise corporative managing structure. 3. Take charge of boosting the adjustment of the structure of the enterprise organization. 4. Participate in the formulation, modification and some relational work of the comprehensive and assorted reform schemes. 5. Instruct industrial enterprises in strengthening management, organize and boost enterprise management innovation and management informatization construction. 6. Participate in the enterprise credit supervision. 7. Instruct enterprises in labor wage and financial management. 8. Participate in formulating the assets managing measures for the state, town collective and village-and-town enterprises, organize and develop the property right definition for the town collective enterprises. 9. Organize the enterprise style-designation. 10. Formulate the policies and regulations of the state assets operation, supervision and management for the industrial enterprises. 11. Supervise and manage the concerned city-assets managing companies and enterprises or groups granted to manage the state assets. 12. Organize and implement the enterprise chaos-control and burden-cut work. 13. Undertake other items commissioned by the MEC.
