for the city industrial and commercial enterprises.
2. Present and implement the involved policies and measures
of the business introduction and investment attraction citywide.
3. Assume the affairs about anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and industrial
damage investigation.
4. Take charge of the import-and-export management for the important
industrial products and materials.
5. Take charge of the application and report of the export quota
for the textile.
6. Instruct enterprises development of the international management,
overseas investment, materials processing and assemblage business.
7. Develop the international cooperation and communication among
governments.
8. Instruct enterprises development of foreign trade (technologies)
negotiation, cooperation and communication.
9. Help to solve the involved problems during the operation
process for the foreign adventures and domestic-fund-introduction
enterprises.
10. Collect, arrange and release the information about the foreign
economy and trade.
11. Coordinate the horizontal economic cooperation.
12. Undertake the foreign affairs of the MEC.
13. Undertake other work commissioned by the MEC.
