1. Supervise and
inspect the citywide implementation of the national secure-production
laws, regulations and rules, in such industries as petroleum,
chemical£¬mechanical, metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, light industry,
textile, curatorial industry, building materials, power, tobacco
and trade.
2. Supervise and inspect the secure-production condition and
security situation of the equipments and facilities, of the
operation sections for the industries mentioned above.
3. Take charge of the pre-evaluation of the construction, reconstruction,
expansion and technical-innovation items (projects) and the
security-facility "" examination and check-and-accept process
for the industries mentioned above.
4. Organize
the investigation, treatment, statistics and end-case censor
of the casualty accidents for work of the industries mentioned
above.
5. Participate in the training and examination of the special-type
operation personnel.
6. Take charge of the supervision and management of the labor-precaution
articles for use.
7. Take charge of the security management of the dangerous chemical
products or articles.
8. Undertake other items commissioned by the MEC.
