Take charge of and supervise the inner-system education of the party route, guideline and policies; assume the secretarial work for the study center group of the MEC party and staff-union committee. 2. Instruct enterprises with political work, spiritual civilization and cultural construction. 3. Take charge of the inner-system patriotism education. 4. Implement the training of the personnel for enterprise management. 5. Manage the professional technical education for the staff of the industrial system citywide. 6. Take charge of the propaganda work about the industrial economy. 7. Assume the routine work of the investigation society for the staff political work inner-system. 8. Coordinate the stance consolidation, "double espousal"(army and folk espousal) and the state-defense education. 9. Coordinate the system foundation operations. 10. Take charge of the law-popularization education. 11. Take charge of the comprehensive treatment and stability keeping. 12. Undertake other work commissioned by the MEC.
