1. Study and present
policies and measures to expedite the technological improvement
of the industrial enterprises.
2. Study the direction of the development of the industrial
technologies, constitute the industrial technological guide.
3. Supervise the technological innovation of the citywide industrial
enterprises, and normalize the construction of the enterprise
technological center.
4. Take charge of the external technological cooperation and
communication, and implement the production-learning-research
joint development project.
5. Organize and harmonize boosting the informationization construction
of the industrial enterprises, institute and consummate the
work-platform for the technological innovation.
6. Take charge of compiling the city-level new-product trial-production
scheme, significant technical introduction and assimilation
items, and key technological innovation projects, and organize
their implementation, authentication and check-and-accept process.
7. Organize enterprises to declare the state-level key technological
innovation items, and schemes to manufacture key products or
significant technical equipments, and take charge of such item
management as item tracking, harmonizing, authenticating, checking
and accepting.
8. Organize to examine and approve the technically advanced
excellent enterprises, outstanding new products and technologies
of city-level.
9. Take charge of the cultivation of the hi-tech enterprises;
participate in authenticating and managing the hi-tech products
or items for citywide industrial enterprises.
10. Participate in reasonably allocating the three terms of
outlay for scientific and technological development of Ningbo.
11. Undertake other items commissioned by the MEC.
